SHIPPING All goods are fully inspected before packaging and shipment
Goods are shipped ex-works Santa Clara, California. California residents will have 8.25% State sales tax added to their order. Customers are responsible for any local taxes or duties applied to their order on receipt. Every effort is made to ship in-stock items next business day.
We use UPS for all shipments within the Continental USA and Canada. During checkout on the store customers are presented with two shipping options: "Express" which will deliver within 2 business days to most locations and "Standard" which is ground shipment delivering in 4 to 5 business days to most locations. Shipping charges will be added to your order during the checkout stage.

All returns must be accompanied with a Return Authorization form. Please send an e-mail to sales@RTUParts.com and we will send a Return Form to include with the return. All return shipping charges are your responsibility.
All returned goods must be in as-new, unused condition. Credit will be applied to the credit card used for the original purchase for returned items - less 10% restocking fee and original shipping charges. Please allow approximately 30 days for the credit to be processed. Purchases made by Purchase Order will have a store credit applied for the amount of the original order less 10% restocking fee and original shipping charges.
